Tour Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is a biodiverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. It's home to many of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The area offers dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates.

Day 1: Entebbe

Met on arrival at Entebbe International Airport and transferred to your hotel in Entebbe. Meals and overnight at preferred hotel.

Day 2: Entebbe - Bwindi Impenetrable National park

Depart from your hotel in Entebbe via Kampala City to Bwindi Impenetrable National park. (Driving time from Entebbe – Bwindi is 11hrs).

Arrive Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to enjoy a scenic landscape drive through Kigezi Highlands commonly known as the “Switzerland of Africa”. Before you stopover to take pictures at the Equator - a line that divides the world into two.

This safari will also allow you to get some good picture shots of the side markets in Lukaya for roasted meat or plantain know as “Gonja”, long Horned cattle that graze along Masaka Mbarara highway and the fruit market in Mbarara. Lunch shall be served in Mbarara town.

Proceed later with the drive direct to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park arriving late in the evening to check in to your preferred hotel for dinner and overnight.

Activities include: a visit to the Drum makers, Equator line and Lunch at Mbrarara at Ingogo Museum 4 hrs drive.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking activity in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (4-5hrs Gorilla Tracking, 2 hours Village / Nature walk)

After an early breakfast and with your packed food for lunch, you will head for a briefing by a ranger guide at the park headquarters. Enter the beautiful rain forest depending on where your gorilla group is located today for your gorilla trekking adventure.

The area offers dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savored. Many find it to be a rare and moving moment to come up close to a mountain gorilla.

Return back later for dinner and overnight at your preferred hotel.

Day 4: Bwindi – Kampala (11 Hrs drive up to the Airport)

Optional Scheduled flight from Bwindi to Entebbe please request for rates if required per ticket is USD 300, scheduled time for return from Bwindi Gorilla park to Entebbe. Depart at 0945hrs arrival time is at 1125hrs.

Early after your breakfast we proceed to Kampala. Lunch shall be served en-route and just in case you need souvenirs then, you will have an opportunity to stop at the Equator to buy some before proceeding to Kampala or Entebbe for your flight back home.

3. Ground transport in the Standard package using a 4x4 SUV/Van.
4. Ground transport in the Luxury package using a or a 4x4 Safari built Landcruiser.

8. 1-litre bottled mineral water per person per day whilst on safari.
9. Applicable local and government taxes on accommodation and transportation.
10. Temporary membership to Emergency Medical Evacuation Service whilst on safari.

6. Travel Insurance.
7. Items of a personal nature i.e., telephone/internet usage, laundry, bottled water and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, etc.
8. Any optional tours or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary.
9. All Bank transfer fees while making the payments at USD 50 Nett per transaction.
10. Credit card payments will attract 5% surcharge of the total price of the package.
