Day 1: Arrival Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and after clearing customs and immigration formalities, you will be met by Silverbird representative and transferred to Arusha town for overnight at your preferred hotel.

Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Pick up from your hotel after breakfast at 0800hrs and drive to Lake Manyara National park to arrive in good time for lunch at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. Proceed for afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight at your preferred lodge.

Day 3: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park

Early morning game drive then return to the lodge for breakfast .Depart the lodge and proceed to Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge, the archeological site of the Leakey family. Meals and overnight at your preferred lodge.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park

A full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the plains, Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge. Serengeti is easily Tanzania’s most famous national park, and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometres of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Park. It is the Migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous.

Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back.

The Wildebeest travel through a variety of parks, reserves and protected areas and through a variety of habitat. Join us to explore the different forms of vegetation and landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem and meet some of their most fascinating inhabitants.

Day 5: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Breakfast at leisure then view game as you drive to Ngorongoro conservation area for overnight stay at your preferred lodge..

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

After early morning breakfast leave with picnic lunch for a full day crater tour. You will be taken 2000ft down the crater by a 4wheel drive vehicle, explore the crater before ascending for dinner and overnight stay at your preferred lodge.

The Ngorongoro Crater is often called ‘Africa’s Eden’ and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World,’ a visit to the crater is a main drawcard for tourists coming to Tanzania and a definite world-class attraction. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is home of Ngorongoro Crater. It was formed some 2.5 million years ago from a volcanic mountain sinking due to inactivity, and was initially thought to be higher than Tanzania’s famous Kilimanjaro.

The crater has evolved into a unique and integral part of Tanzania’s eco-system. The crater is actually a caldera, measures 22.5 km’s across and the rim walls stand 600m high. Views from within and from the rim are breathtaking. The crater houses 30,000 animals and a large variety of birds, which rarely move from the area due to the availability of water through wet and dry seasons

Day 7: Ngorongoro – Arusha - Zanzibar

Breakfast at Leisure then proceed to Arusha where you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International airport to board your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar Airport you will be met and transferred to your preferred lodge for overnight.

Day 8 & 9: Zanzibar

You will have 2 full days to spend at the resort with abundance of beach activities and optional excursions at extra costs. Optional excursions are like: visit to Prison Island, Zanzibar city tour, ocean exploration and many others.

Day 10: Zanzibar - Depart

Depending on your flight time, you will be transferred to the Airport for your international homebound flight.

1. Transport in a safari built 4x4 Landcruiser or a minibus with a top-up roof for photographing.
2. Meet and Greet service by our local representatives at the airport.
3. Roundtrip transfers airport / hotel.
4. Accommodation and Meals as indicated above.
5. 1-litre bottled mineral water per person per day whilst on safari.
6. Services of a professional English speaking driver guide.
7. Game drives, Accommodation, sightseeing and excursions as described in the itinerary.
8. Applicable local and government taxes on accommodation and transportation.
9. Temporary membership to Emergency Medical Evacuation Service whilst on safari.

1. All flights, airport taxes, security related fees, all Items of personal nature i.e. beverages, laundry, telephone, souvenirs etc.
2. Medical insurance, tips / gratuities for driver / guide and hotel staff, any change in itinerary.
3. Any extras not mentioned above e.g. extra meals, Visa fee.
