Day 01: Arrival Nairobi

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by a UNIGLOBE Silverbird Travel Plus representative. You will be briefed about the rest of your safari program then proceed to your Nairobi Hotel for check in.

Overnight stay at your preferred accommodation on bed and breakfast basis.

Day 02: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, you will depart Nairobi for Amboseli to arrive in time for Lunch. After lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, is one of Kenya's most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli.

Day 03: Amboseli National Park

Enjoy another full day at Amboseli National Park to further explore the park .This area has much game, large and small. Elephant, rhino, buffalo, Burch ell’s zebra, eland, Masai giraffe and small species of the antelope family, the common water buck, klipspringer, Grant’s gazelle, impala and the diminutive duiker among others. Back to the lodge for your breakfast after game drive. There are options of an early morning and afternoon game drive.

Day 04: Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, you will depart Amboseli for Lake Naivasha via Nairobi where you will make a brief stop for lunch at a local restaurant .After Lunch, you will proceed further on to arrive in time for check in at your Lodge . Afternoon boat ride at Lake Naivasha followed by dinner.

Enjoy the beautiful African sunrise by the Lake. The early morning sunshine coupled with the morning fog and the numerous birds turn the lake into a mysterious place. After breakfast, you will depart passing through the Rift Valley floor to arrive in time for lunch . The afternoon is spent on game drive. This reserve has hilly savannah, rolling grassland, gallery forest on the Mara River and its tributaries. The large predators are the lion, leopard and cheetah .The smaller predators are the hyena and jackal.

The large herbivores are the elephant, rhino Burchell’s zebra hippo, buffalo and giraffe. The large herbivores are the antelopes and bucks. The Masai ostrich, the world’s largest bird is found in the park.

Day 06: Masai Mara National Reserve Full Day

Enjoy another day to discover the Savannah grasslands of the Maasai Mara Game Reserve and the amazing concentration of wildlife. You may discuss your game drive timings with your guide and agree on your preferred timings together with the other participants in your vehicle. There are options of an early morning and afternoon game drive. You will have a chance to visit a Masai Village to sample the local cultures.

Day 07: Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi Departure

After breakfast, you will leave the Mara with a game drive en-route to Nairobi and will reach the city in the late afternoon. Late Lunch at a local restaurant in Nairobi. Afterwards, you will be transferred to J.K.I.A airport for your flight home. (BL)
