Day 01; Nairobi – Masai Mara

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi and you will start your drive to Masai Mara. Enjoy views of the Great Rift Valley; you will be able to see the spectacular scenery that this great feature carries with it. Along the way you will have distant views of Mt. Longonot, Mt. Margaret and Mt. Suswa as you proceed to Masai Mara. You will arrive Keekorok Lodge in time for your lunch. You will have an evening game drive at 1600hrs and then return to the lodge for your dinner and overnight.

You will then have time to freshen up before your dinner.

Day 02; Full day in Masai Mara

After your breakfast, our drive will drive you to the park to have your full day game drive with picnic lunch. You will return to the lodge in the evening and thereafter have your dinner.

Optional tour; Balloon tour (on extra cost); Pick up from the lodge at 0500hrs and a drive to the wild where the balloon is lit. This safari is spectacular as you get to tour the Masai Mara in a hot air inflated balloon, there is nothing quite like it. The absolute peace of immense vistas, muted colors and crisp fresh air and the ever present promise of something wild as the balloons float you silently above it all, The Masai Mara Reserve.

Thereafter, you will have a champagne breakfast. You will then return to the lodge to have the rest of the day at leisure. Your lunch will be at the lodge and you have the option of having an afternoon game drive or an optional Masai tour (on extra cost) your overnight at the lodge.

Day 03; Masai Mara to Nakuru via Lake Naivasha

After your breakfast you will start your safari to Nakuru. Enroute you will pass through Naivasha Sopa Lodge to have your lunch. In the afternoon, you will have some time to relax with the option of taking a boat ride in Lake Naivasha. In the evening, you will proceed with your drive to Nakuru, arriving at your preferred hotel in the evening, time to get settled in and freshen up before your dinner. You will have your dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 04; Nakuru with a day trip to Lake Bogoria

Today you will have an early morning wake up call to go for an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. You will then head back to Merica to have your breakfast. At 10.30 hrs, our driver will pick you up and drive you to Lake Bogoria. You will proceed to the reserve that is home to the famous hot springs and geysers which are at the basin of the lake.

The hot springs have temperature of close to boiling point and highly mineralized and is believe to be sourced from shallow aquifers in contact with Laval intrusions. You will spend your day at the hot springs and your picnic lunch will be at the reserve.

You will then proceed for a game drive in the reserve as you head back to Nakuru, arriving at your preferred hotel in the evening and you will have some time to freshen up before dinner.

Day 05; Nakuru to Nairobi to Fly to Entebbe (Uganda)

You will have your breakfast at the lodge then check out and start your drive to Nairobi. Our driver will drop you off at the airport to catch your flight departing to Entebbe; upon arrival in Entebbe, our representative will be waiting for you to receive you and transfer you to your hotel for overnight. Day 06; Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Our driver will meet you at your accommodation at 0600hrs. You will have an early morning start and start your drive southwest and across the Equator. You will drive through the savanna grasslands seeing banana plantations and herds of Ankole cattle with their incredibly long curving horns. You will then proceed to Kigezi highlands, known as the “Switzerland of Africa”, with terraced farming and mountain scenery. You will drive through to Bwindi. Your overnight will be at preferred hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 07: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Gorilla Trekking

After an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide, enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure. The beauty of this rain forest is spectacular. The area offers dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savored. Many find it to be a rare and moving opportunity. Day 08; Bwindi to Kampala to board flight to Nairobi

This morning, end your stay in the "Land of the Mountain Gorillas" and depart with great memories of the moments spent with the fascinating Mountain Gorillas. Drive back to the City of Kampala for a brief City tour before your transfer to Entebbe airport to catch flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting for you to transfer you to Safari Park Hotel for your overnight. Overnight at preferred hotel (B, B)

Day 09; Nairobi to Airport

You will have your breakfast and thereafter, our driver will transfer you to JKIA to catch your homebound flight. We hope you enjoyed your safari.
