Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

You will depart Nairobi in the morning through rich agricultural farmland on the slopes of Mount Kenya towards the mainly dry scrub land and open Savannah of the Samburu Game Reserve. You may either stop on the way at Nanyuki for lunch or have your lunch at your destination in the Samburu Game Reserve.

Either way your are expected to have arrived in Samburu by the late afternoon and in the evening embark on a game drive around the park and at sunset returning to you camp site for dinner and to rest for the night.

Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve

You will have full day on game drives around the Samburu Game Reserve. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the camp site.

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve – Lake Baringo

You will have an early breakfast and then leave Samburu in the early morning, and make a scenic drive towards Lake Baringo across the Lerochi Plateau while descending to the floor of the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Baringo in the evening.

Day 4: Lake Baringo – Lake Nakuru National Park

Early in the morning we head south via Lake Bogoria which is shallow soda lake with a beautiful scenery and also home to a sizeable number of flamingoes and other species of birds. The highlight, however, is the boiling hot springs and geysers – hot enough to boil an egg – which also contributes to the beauty of the Lake. Don’t Fall!

After lunch, we proceed to Lake Nakuru in the South – another shallow soda lake which has been described as “an ornithological paradise and one of the world’s most magnificent sights. Here one has an opportunity to see up to two million flamingos besides tens of thousands of other birds. Lake Nakuru is a rhino sanctuary and harbors lions, warthogs, waterbucks, buffaloes, hippos and many other animals.

Dinner and overnight at a semi-permanent Camp.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park - Nairobi

After breakfast, you will proceed to Nairobi where you are expected to arrive in the late afternoon.

1. Transport in a safari built minibus with a top-up roof for photographing.
2. Meet and Greet service by our local representatives at J.K.I.A Airport.
3. Roundtrip transfers airport / hotel in Kenya.
4. Meals on Half board while on safari.
5. 1-litre bottled mineral water per person per day whilst on safari.
6. Services of a professional English speaking driver guide.
7. Game drives, Accomodation, sightseeing and excursions as described in the itinerary.
8. Applicable local and government taxes on accommodation and transportation.
9. Temporary membership to Emergency Medical Evacuation Service whilst on safari.

1. All flights, airport taxes, security related fees, all Items of personal nature i.e. beverages, laundry, telephone, souvenirs etc.
2. Medical insurance, tips / gratuities for driver / guide and hotel staff, any change in itinerary.
3. Any extras not mentioned above e.g. extra meals, Visa fee.
4. All Bank transfer fees while making the payments at USD 50 Nett per remittance transaction. Credit card payments will attract 5% surcharge of the total price of the package.
