For international travel, due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the amount quoted may be different from the amount charged to your credit card; your statement may also reflect conversion fees from your bank and/or credit card company.
As independent contractors, Silverbird Travel does not own or control airlines, hotels and other Preferred third-party suppliers, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions or any injuries, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising therefrom. In the event of a conflict, Silverbird is entitled to determine which terms control, in its reasonable discretion.
