“He called the airline support number many times and made sure all three of our bags were delivered to us before we left Kenya. The Land Cruiser we had was almost new (2020 model) and all the lodges we stayed at were clean and comfortable. We are already planning to visit Kenya again to visit more National Parks and will make sure to go with Silverbird again!”
